Video Analysis & Private Lesson Bundles “See it on film. Fix it on the ice.” Video Breakdown Sessions Our video breakdown sessions are 1-hour Zoom calls designed to help players see and understand their game from a new perspective. Players provide a video from a recent game of their choosing. Each session begins with a short meet and greet where we learn more about the player’s background, experience level, current team, and self-assessed strengths and weaknesses. From there, we build a personalized Player Profile and spend the remainder of the call breaking down game footage in detail. Players receive in-depth hockey IQ training—covering decision-making, positioning, anticipation, and situational reads. Following the session, we email each player a written summary outlining key takeaways, strengths, and areas for improvement. Why Video Analysis? Seeing yourself on film provides insights that can’t be replicated in live game action. It’s an essential part of player development—allowing athletes to identify tendencies, correct habits, and make smarter, faster decisions on the ice.
