Russ helped tremendously during the summer with my speed and skills. To say something about his character he continuously checked up on me even when I was injured during summer skating sessions even though he didn’t know me the best. He is a great coach and a wonderful human.

From my experience this season, working with Russell Barone of Dynamic Hockey Development, I noticed significant developmental improvements for my team and me, both mentally and physically. Coach Barone works very hard to break down your personal weaknesses and gives direct, instant feedback. His feedback also strengthens your mental game as he teaches skaters to make quick, witty plays while under pressure.
