Our Level 1 training group is designed for athletes from Peewee through Junior (U20) levels who are looking to build a strong foundation in their game. This group emphasizes core skill development, hockey IQ, and overall athleticism in a supportive and challenging environment. Training is tailored to a wide range of skill levels, making it the ideal option for players who are newer to high-performance training or looking to refine their fundamentals. Whether you're preparing for your next season or just looking to elevate your game, Level 1 offers the right balance of structure, intensity, and fun. Note: A $5 discount is provided to those who pay cash ($70)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request received 48 hrs. prior to the start of class will be fully refunded minus a 3% administrative fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
