DHD Breck Summer Training Program: - 36 hours of on ice development - 18 hours video analysis and dryland training - $850 per player (averages to $15 per training hour) - All high-school aged Breck Hockey Players - Must apply to participate if player is not attending Breck. On ice sessions will focus on... - Skating - Shooting - Stickhandling - Playmaking - Passing - Creativity - Situational awareness (Hockey IQ Development) - Shot Development & Mechanics - Puck Possession & Protection - On ice skill/fitness testing And much more… Dry-land sessions will focus on... - Fitness testing - Corrective exercise & Mobility training - Speed, Agility & Quickness - Plyometrics & Athleticism - Hand-eye coordination - Strength & Muscular Endurance - Power - Balance & Stabilization - Cognitive training *Note* - Please make sure to be dressed appropriately for the dry-land portions of camp (gym shoes, shorts, shirt, ect...). Also, everyone will be responsible for their folders.
