Online personalized strength and conditioning programs - Introductory zoom meeting - Online workouts tailor-made to you and your schedule - Full access to trainer through Personal Training Distinction (PTD) Application - As many workouts as desired with video and description through Personal Training Distinction (PTD) - Weekly online zoom meeting for questions, concerns, clarifications, equipment restrictions, ect.. - Available programs to anyone intersted in an exercise program that improves their overall wellness and health.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request received 48 hrs. prior to the start of class will be fully refunded minus a 3% administrative fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
