Boys: HS–College Advanced Training Group | High School – Junior – College Our Boys: HS–College training group is an elite development environment designed for serious hockey players competing at the High School, Junior, and Collegiate levels. This program challenges athletes to elevate their game through high-intensity, detail-oriented training focused on advanced skill development, execution at game speed, hockey IQ, and hockey-specific conditioning. Each session is designed to push players beyond their comfort zones while refining the skills necessary to succeed at higher levels of competition. Players are expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, maturity, competitiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This group is intended for motivated athletes who are serious about maximizing their potential and taking their game to the next level. Participation is by application and approval only. Interested players must contact Russell Barone directly to be considered for acceptance into this training group.
